Customer service, heroes to some to others a reason to scream. You know you’ve chosen the wrong service provider when the representative begins with “I’m sorry” at the beginning of every sentence or question starting with your name and account password. It’s nice when a company actually cares about solving your issues as part of their business model as opposed to the representative that’s employed by a company whose policies aren’t conducive to good customer service and therefore must be the recipient of the anger and frustration from said customers and you know how intense some of y’all can be especially with people on the phone. Meanwhile the share holders shed crocodile tears as they know the choices are limited and the race to the bottom is continuing it seems. This stupid post is made using an app that is pretty much bullshit yet it insists that I use this to post my blog. I could complain to customer service…
