Damn! It's hot!

Doing the Big Chill with the guys tonight 6-10. That's a pic from last night and while the sun may be obscured by the clouds the sunset is still pretty and it brings a welcome reprieve from the heat of the baking hot afternoon sun. The term "heat beat" comes to mind, it sucks the energy out of you at an exponential rate as the afternoon wears on and on then the big thunderheads start building in the west until the roasting sun dips behind them and finally some shade, respite from our life giving star.

Saturday is the Big Chill solo12-4 then the band at the Caribbean Club 7-11 and if it's raining in the evening we'll move the show inside at the Carib.
